Where we work from
California is one legal jurisdiction with very different local realities. A defect case filed in Los Angeles County follows the same substantive law as one filed in Santa Barbara, but the courts, the juries, the calendars and the practical work of gathering evidence are not the same. Having offices across the state means the person investigating your claim is not flying in for a day.
Where you first speak to us does not limit where we can help you. Our attorneys appear in state courts throughout California and in the federal district courts, and product liability claims in particular often involve manufacturers and distributors located far from where the injury occurred.
Every consultation is free, and there is no fee unless we recover compensation for you, though you may still be responsible for case costs and expenses. If an injury makes travel difficult, tell us and we will come to you.
